Looks like yeast infection, topical and oral antifungal, antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like yeast infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply antifungal cream like sertaconazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks and take tablet fluconazole 150 mg single dose stat.
For itching you can take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
