Suggest Treatment For Small Sized Lumps In The Spermatic Cord

My urologist seems to think it's a Vericoceal , which I obviously have and have surgery scheduled to fix. The reason i think I have two issues is that, these lumps can move when squeezed in what I feel is a tube. I've had them for years and when I first noticed, it seems about the same time my Volume of ejaculate was reduced.
Possibility of Epididymal Cyst has to be ruled out before surgery .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Small sized lumps in spermatic cord could be either Varicocele or Spermatocele .
I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Have you done ultrasound Scanning and color Doppler Scan of Scrotum ? and is it reported to be Varicocele?
2) Are these lumps freely XXXXXXX in scrotum ? and are very close to Testicle.?
3) Can you upload the reports ?
The lumps that you have could be Spermatocele and diagnosis has to be confirmed by Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum and Color Doppler Scrotal Scan before planning for surgery.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

It's in the area where the connecting veins are that are dilated. I can squeeze the lumps up or down which are in the same tubelike structure. They are pretty hard and the same diameter of the tube they are in. I don't know if it's a vein or tube.
It's not a cysts. That was ruled out.
Get the surgery done .

Hello
Thanks for follow up .
You seem to have grade 3 Varicocele which needs to be treated by excision of dilated veins .There is nothing to be worried about surgery .
Thanks and Regards.
