Suggest Treatment For Small Spots On The Palms
Question: Have been getting small spots on my palms and soles(1year).will clear up but keeps returning.they are hard to pop,and the skin will get very hard and flakey.Also have a lot of wind all day every day cramps and diarrhoea sometimes for the last 2 months

Hi Sir,
I understand your concern.
You possibly seem to have fungal dermatitis.
This can cause recurrences and flaking.
I advise you to take tab Fluconazole 200 mg once a day for 5 days followed by one tab once a week for 4 weeks.
This should be supplemented by topical application of Ketoconazole solution on the affected areas twice a day followed by hot water bath.
