Question: i have a small white lump right on the white part of my eye and a twitching of the muscle immediately beneath the eye.

The white lump on the white part of the eye can be because of age related degeneration of conjunctiva like pinguecula or ptrrygium.
These are harmless conditions and no need to worry about them
If possible do send me a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.
The twitching of the muscle is called as blepharospasm and not to worry about it.
The use of cold compression and multivitamin tablets will relieve this.
