Suggest Treatment For Sneezing, Ear Pain And Swollen Sinus

Question: here are all symptoms:
fever oscillating between 37 to 39 c
feeling cold and suddenly too warm
sneezing and spitting light/ clean mucus all the time
hard to swallow. ear pain on both sides.
my neck underneath the jaw is very sensitive - hurts to press.
back and chest pain. both sides. hurts to breathe.
whole body pain. exhausted. really hard to do something besides lying. lack of energy.

head ache
cold water makes the throat worse. have to drink room temperature / warm /hot water

sinus pain/ swollen

there are some unusual symptoms for flu for me... I'd like to know if I should wait to get better or go to an ER.

Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, you might be having infection of your throat and upper respiratory tract. All symptoms are suggestive of this.

If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed penicillin antibiotics + anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 5 days.

Steam inhalation daily twice may be helpful.

Avoid cold and oily foods. Keep yourself warm, avoid air conditioning. Drink boiled water only.

If symptoms are persisting now for more than 3 days, then you can consult with the doctor and get evaluated.
