Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.
I can understand your concerns about your health. I will try my best to help you out.
You seem to suffer from allergic rhinitis. however I wish to ask you some relevant clinical questions as:
What is the duration of sneezing?
Aggravating factors?
Relieving factors?
Any history of allergy or asthma?
Any fever?
What is your profession?
Do you reside in an area with heavy industries and pollution?
Do you smoke?
All this information will help me to narrow down the differential diagnosis.
I would recommend you to have a complete blood count done along with serum IgEe levels. If they are raised we can go with patch tests.
I would recommend you intranasal steroid spray along with an anti histamine to control your symptoms. Mast cell stablilizers will also be helpful. Rules of the website prevent me from prescribing a particular drug.
I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.
Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thank you for your response to my questions.
I would recommend the following as the next step:
Complete blood count and eosinophil count
Serum IgE levels
Pulmonary function test
Nasal smear for eosinophils
These tests will help us to rule in allergic rhinitis and asthma as a cause.
In the mean time I would suggest a nasal spray with azelastine and steroid. Rules of the website do not permit me to prescribe a drug.
I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.
Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.
