Question: how to I increase my confidence level and enthusiasm??? Day by day incidents and office stress reduce my inner and physical energy.. If I want to achieve a peculiar position in my life, what is the mantra or tactics I have to follow?? Suggest me to over cross the pessimistic situations/persons in my life....

The symptoms you have mentioned suggest some anxiety disorder more specifically social anxiety disorder. The lack of confidence is most probably due to social anxiety symptoms.

When a person is stressed with some issues, his mind is repeatedly thinking about it, so when s/he tries to do some work in which he has to give lots of attention and has to concentrate, but because of the stress and rumination about the social anxiety and feeling of inferiority, mind gets diverted and there is lack of thinking and which ultimately increases the stress

In my opinion for these symptoms you should see a psychiatrist. For the anxiety symptoms especially related to social situations medicines of SSRI group are used commonly. Escitalopram, Citalopram, Fluoxetine etc are commonly used medicines. In addition, you can consider option of cognitive behavior therapy which will consist of sessions focusing on anxiety and your thinking pattern.
