I am in my final year of graduation. Before going to college i thought that in college life i will enjoy, make girl friend, have good friend circle but it was not like that. i always feel uncomfortable with myself and always have some fear from public because i am shy person. I don't know its my permanent nature or behaviour. But some time i remember of my childhood that i was very energetic, confident but slowly while facing real world i feel uncomfortable.
There is always a feeling of feer inside me everytime and also while sitting in car.
It is always difficult to talk with any girl or XXXXXXX person by looking in his eyes. I don't even have any girlfriend yet due to bad mood and unconfidence.
I don't like to wake up in the morning for classes or any work because i don't have self esteem and self motivation.
It become uncomfortable for me to talk to unknown as well as known friend and cousins (also on phone). My mind goes blank and i feel anxiety.
But by watching motivational video, funny video or listening to good music my mood becomes good but it last for only few minutes. I don't know why but i introspect myself every time. I feel about myself that i am a boring person and no one likes my company and its actually true. Those people who are coming to me are coming because of my money.
I always notice myself that my voice is thin, my belly is fat, i am wearing glasses and what will people think of me, there is always a fear inside me.
And one thing more that I don't believe in God, don't because i am hopeless but because i cannot believe in anything without knowing it or feeling it. But i know believing in god increasing your self belief and feeling of gratitude gives u inner peace. But still i will not belief.
And other thing that i smoke cigarette once in a day but don't have any strong addiction of it( smoke because it gives relief to me for some time) and also smoke marijuana once or twice in whole month for just enjoyment and mood making.
I want that people love me respect not because of money but for a good and enjoyable company.
I want to live life happily, enjoying every single moment.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a therapy that is done in sessions 1-2 per week and runs for about 6 months. Many psychologists can provide phone service but to start the therapy you have to consult them personally.
Dying of social embarrassment, Overcoming social anxiety etc are good books for social phobia. Personally I have not read these books but heard about them and are very effective.
For Behavior therapy you can take help of YouTube. Progressive muscle relaxation exercise can be learned by practice and watching videos.
Yes yoga have very nice effects. Pranayama help in increasing confidence and improve clinical picture.
Take diets rich in carbs and protein and low in fat. This will increase serotonin in brain and will improve anxiety. Avoid excessive tea, coffee. You can take supplements containing omega 3 fatty acids. The supplements will help in improving mood and confidence.

Sir i agree that i have social phobia but i am more frustated of bad mood(don't have any big reason for bad mood) and low energy problem.
I feel very exhausted after doing little work.
And that low energy affects my mood more.

In most cases chronic social phobia ultimately complicate into depressive symptoms. In some cases individuals have underlying depression which could be the cause of social phobia. Treatment of social phobia or depression is usually carried out by use of SSRIs or SNRIs and these drugs have use in both disorders.

Follow universal routine like don't sleep more than 7 hours a day. Sleeping excessively aggravate depressive symptoms.
