Question: What causes social anxiety and the following:
Thinking and worrying about people looking at you
Not enjoying going out
Thinking negative things are happening due to other people (which they arent)
That people are secretly doing things behind your back
Not wanting any relationships and only enjoying close friends
Beliving that loved ones are behind bad things that happen to me.
