2. please choose the characteristics of the lump:
- mobile/fixed
- hard/soft
3. how is the overlying skin color?
4. is there family history of similar complaint?
5. please upload a clear close image of a lump if possible
6. are you on any medication?
7. do you or anyone in the family has history of diabetes, hypertension, blood disorder or other chronic illness?
