Question: what is the cause of diffuse soft tissue swelling on forehead from eyebrow to hairline on left side of frontal region .is it scledorm linear form
Hello, did it happen after any trauma or accident? Is there any headache or dizziness? Please upload a picture for better understanding of the swelling

nothing...ct scan shows all thing normal only diffuse soft tissue swelling it is noticeable from last 14 months

Anyways it wold be better if you could upload pictures of your forehead.
Since you say it is from a long time and it is just subcutaneous edema it is better to prescribe after I see it .
But since CT is normal it is nothing major to worry about .
How is the colour of the skin above it .Is it itchy ?
Try if applying ice pack helps .

How old is the patient ? He looks young please tell me the exact age .
Meanwhile please get the following tests done CBC, Rheumatoid factor,ANA,ESR and Anti Ds DNA.
Meanwhile give him vitamin D rich diet .
