I presume you are mentioning about stone in your Gall Bladder. It would be better if you could send me the Ultrasound report for me to go through. Also please do let me know what was the reason for you to get an Ultrasound done. Any pain in the stomach, nausea, vomiting, jaundice, etc.
Usually a 13mm calculus should undergo Surgery.
Any stone larger than 10mm warrants a surgery in the form of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy.
