Suggest Treatment For Sore And Itchy Wound After Insect Bite
Question: not sure if anyone got these pics that I've attached but they where from last night 11/6/14 I stayed in a motel and woke up this way they don't itch like a bed bug bite but rather really hurt and have made me sore and my eye to where I can hardly see out of it what can I or should I do please help thanks...

Apologies for taken up the query late as it's still early morning here.
From the clinical picture provided by you,it appears to be Type I allergic reaction in form of Dematitis and hives likely to be due to bite or exposure to insect.
I would suggest you the following
1. Local application of soothening agent like Calamine lotion will be helpful for the arm and nose
2. Antihistamines like Cetrizine or Pheniramine maleate will provide much needed relief
3. Do not scratch the area even though it's not itching
4. Do not expose it to direct sunlight
If the symptoms persist or swelling around the eye increases do not hesitate to contact your Primary care physician or ER.
