Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in lower back
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms apart from sore back or low back pain?
2) Does the pain radiate down anteriorly towards umbilicus or restricted to only back?
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic test done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine test and Urine culture to rule out UTI.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis to rule our presence of stone or any lesion in kidney .
In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine and urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin and antispasmodics like Spasmo-Proxyvon twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute
Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests and final diagnosis,

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
By radiation of pain I mean whether it spreads towards umbilicus or restricted only to back .
The urinary symptoms due to any UTI or stone are increased frequency ,urgency, nocturnal frequency ,burning urination etc.
The back ache that you have could be either due to problem of back bone or muscles or Kidney stone .
Taking plain X-Ray of the abdomen and Ultrasound scanning will help to pin point diagnosis.
Please consult Urologist and Orthopaedic surgeon for evaluation and further treatment.
Thanks and Regards.
