Suggest Treatment For Sore And Pearly Penile Papules

HIV risk is 0.11 percent
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
The following are the incidents which have occurred with you.
1. Oral sex with condom
2. Vaginal (insertive) sex with condom which remained in her vagina
3. Frottage
4. Insertive anal sex (without condom)
In the above situations, the risks for transmission of HIV per act is the following
1. It is low (less than 1 in 10000)
2. It stands at 4 in 10000
3. Negligible
4. This is 11 in 10000
So we see the maximum risk is 0.11 percent. Practically you need not worry but getting testing done is important for peace of mind.
Regarding pearly penis papule, one in 5 men may have it and this is not a worrisome condition. Please do not attempt to scratch them as it can cause infection and scarring.
Ringworm is a chronic infection and please try to maintain genital hygiene and wash your genitals with warm water twice daily and wipe completely dry. You may wear loose cotton innerwear to avoid sweat formation.
There are many sexually transmitted STDs like herpes, Syphilis, hepatitis B and you can get tested for these as well. However, the pictures do not indicate any STD as such.
The muscular weakness might be due to stress related anxiety. Please get tested fearlessly as the events you describe have a HIV infection rate of 0.11 percent.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

You are 99.96 percent HIV free
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
If there was no anal sex and only condom was seen hanging out of her vagina then the risk is about 4 in 10000 which is 0.04 percent
So you are 99.96 percent HIV free.
About the sore lump, I like to know from when you are seeing it and what is the increase in size. It is necessary to know if you have pain in it or itching is present. Most likely it looks like a sebaceous cyst which is a harmless condition.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Looks like lymph channel enlargement
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Please do not worry. Its more likely to be a lymph channel which has accumulated little fluid. This can happen after vigorous sex or masturbation. Please avoid sex or masturbation for 15 days and allow it to heal.
if it is present even after 2 to 4 weeks or is increasing in size then you should consult an urologist. This is not a STD and there is no need to panic.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Dr.Vivek

Sir plz reply I m waiting for your answer
Not connected to HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
I understand your anxiety and want to clarify that a lymph node is different from a possible lymph collection in the area seen in the picture. This is usually due to rough sex or forceful masturbation. It is not related to STD or HIV.
There is no chance of HIV from the problem seen in the picture so you may relax.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Dr.Vivek

97 percent patients test positive in 3 months
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Research on the diagnosis of HIV has been done extensively. Ninety seven percent will develop antibodies in the first 3 months following the time of their infection. In very rare cases, it can take up to 6 months to develop antibodies to HIV.
You may choose to get another test after completing 6 months for peace of mind.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Dr.Vivek

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
Good to know that you might consider doing HIV tests after 6 months again for peace of mind.
The picture does not indicate any particular STD. You can get STD tests done if never tested earlier. STD is not a single disease condition and once a screening of the main STDs is normal then it is rarely required to be repeated unless you have any risk of contracting an STD.
Some of the STDs like herpes is very highly transmitted and even kissing can transmit such diseases. So please keep in mind before you indulge in high promiscuity sexual behavior next time.
Hope your query is answered.

3month of exposer report...
Sir plz suggest me answer..
Please attach copy of test report
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Frottage is risky for STDs like Herpes, Syphilis and Human papilloma virus.
HIV test usually is a specific test and does not include STD testing. However you can attach your test report so that I can confirm if other tests were also done at the same time.
If you are not having any symptoms of a STD then most likely you did not get one.
Lymph collection is very small and might be due to rough sex or masturbation. Please wait for 15 days before masturbation.
Waiting for update on test report.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Plz sir suggest me answer...I m very worried..
Please find details below
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
I have seen your report and it says that there is no HIV infection dated July 2014. It is also mentioned that you may get a retest done 3 months from last date of testing. Please get this done. Do no be worried as this is only for confirmation and peace of mind.
STD tests have not been done on you and you can get it done if you wish. The possible lymph collection is different from a lymph node enlargement and please do not confuse these two things. Lymph collection is usually not related to STD infections. Risk of STD is always there after any sexual encounter including protected vaginal or oral sex. Always better to get tested for STDs and take treatment should you have any infection.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Very less risk after 6 months
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Since suspected exposure was on 14 April 2014, please get another test on 14 October 2014 for complete confirmation.
Risk of STD is less because you had protected oral sex and during vaginal sex, the condom got stuck when taking the penis out. So this means both your bodies were in close contact with kissing and hugging. This can transmit STDs and hence I asked you to get tested for STDs also.
There is no risk from retest, it is only to doubly make sure you do not have HIV infection. There is less than 0.01 percent chance that you will test positive.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Dr.Vivek

Sir I waiting for your reply..plz describe what percent chances of std free...I have no symptoms other then which I described u earlier...
Reply me sir....
You might be up to 80 % risk free from STDs
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
I understand your anxiety and want to discuss your situation in detail even if you do not have symptoms.
The common STDs you can get are
1. Chlamydia: This causes symptoms in only 50% of infected men.
2. Genital Herpes: Few have clinical symptoms after 15 days but many people have no symptoms
3. Genital warts: Symptoms can appear after 3 months but can take up to a year
4. Gonorrhoea: About 10% of men with gonorrhoea have no obvious symptoms
5. Pubic lice: It can take five days to several weeks after getting pubic lice for symptoms to appear.
6. Syphilis: The first signs of syphilis can appear 10 days to three months after you become infected
&. Hepatitis B and C: may take weeks to months
So you may see that these are many conditions which can be transmitted during sex.
I think you are having more than 75 to 80 % chances of being risk free.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Dr.Vivek
