Suggest Treatment For Sore Bumps On The Vagina

Question: I have 2 bumps on my vagina that are sore. It does not hurt to urinate and it does not appear as clusters of bumps such as herpes but I am very concerned. I had a full Brazilian wax done about 12 days ago and this is not my first time having my vagina waxed. Could it be skin irritation from the waxing? Please help
Brief Answer:
folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
These two are infected follicle lesions with pus points evident. They can be treated with local application of antibiotic ointments and 3 day course of oral antibiotics. If they grow further then they can be popped, else they would cause pain and inflammation. This is secondary to waxing, yes and the two follicular openings have got infected ( folliculitis).
Regards
