Suggest Treatment For Sore Muscles, Fatigue And Irregular Heartbeats

Question: I have been having several symptoms for several months: sore muscles, muscle fatigue, shooting pains in body, Irregular heartbeat, i noticed I get purple feet when I stand or sit for too long, cold hands and feet, and extended capillary refill time. My hands fall asleep easily. I get pins and needles.
I also have hives, insomnia, and crushing fatigue.
I have been to 3 Rheumatologist, a neurologist, cardiologist and several primaries. my blood work has mostly come back pretty unremarkable and I have had what was said were clear MRIS of the head, neck, and spine. I had a vascular ultrasound and ankle brachial index of legs, and an MRA of my head. I have also had a head CT, CTA of heart, Echo, and Nuclear stress test. all of them clear.
One of the only things that seems to be off is my Iron studies. my ferritin was high twice before and I had two complete iron studies from Northwestern. I have attached the image of the exam. my question is does anything stand out about this test. Or any ideas of what other tests I can look into.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
It can be fibromyalgia or chronic nonspecific pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through your all reports.
Your routine blood reports, liver, kidney, electrolytes, ANA test and other testing for connective tissue disease all are normal. Slightly high ferritin level is also insignificant.
Your Test for DVT is also normal.
Your Ct scan and MRI studies are also normal.
So truly speaking, I can not find any disease match with your symptoms.
Chronic muscle pain, soreness, fatigue, weakness, legpain, headache, insomnia can be seen in fibromyalgia.
It is very challenging to diagnose fibromyalgia without examination.
Almost all reports are negative in fibromyalgia and no any diagnostic tests are available.
Only examination of tender points can give diagnosis.
Your summary says there is no focal tenderness so it is also confusing.
In my opinion you should be reexamined for that.
If you have tenderness then please guide your examiner for that.
No further testing is required in your case. It will not help you further.
If you will be there at my clinic then I will try tricyclic antidepressants like amytriptiline with exercise and other alternative treatment.
Please talk with your doctor for that.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.

do you think it's possible it can be chronic stress/anxiety? I have had that suggested by one Dr
Brief Answer:
Yes it can be due to chronic stress and anxiety.

Hi, dear

There is no definite cause for fibromyalgia.
But chronic stress and anxiety can leads to fibromyalgia.
That is the reason I told you to try Tricyclick antidepressant like amytriptiline.
Discuss your doctor about that. It is prescription based medicine so you have to take it on written prescription.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
