Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed your earlier queries also. You are very concerned and may be frustrated by the neck problems. It may or may not be related to thyroid. One thing reassuring from the thyroid biopsy is that you do not have a thyroid malignancy. Please mention your symptoms, test results and neck ultrasound scan results and I would be able to help you better.
Best wishes,

Please give information requested below.
Detailed Answer:
A cyst in the neck can be in structures and organs other than Thyroid also.
Please upload the ultrasound scan of the neck. If you are not able to, you can type the entire report. Also upload or type out the histopathology report.
Thyroid function test only lets us know the functioning of the thyroid gland not what the cyst is due to or where it is. Please upload the Thyroid function tests/ type the result fully. Of the TFT, TSH is the most sensitive. If it is normal, a borderline low T3 does not matter. It is not indicative of any Thyroid problem.
Has any doctor examined your neck swelling. What is his/her opinion? If no doctor has examined you, please see a surgeon.
As a neck swelling can be due to several reasons, one can give an opinion only with complete information.
