Question: Hi... I am 30 years old. My throat is sore. And I can see my tonsils... As a result I cannot talk. I have been advised to eat eyrocin 500. How many days should I eat this for?

2. Usually it takes 24 to 48 hours for an antibiotic to work. If the symptoms persist or worsen, get a re-examination, a throat swab and change in antibiotic.
