Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Post Nasal Drip
Question: Last night I found that my ejaculant fuild was brownish in color. I have recently, the last two weeks noticed while i have been getting and being sick with post nasal mucus which caused a sore throat, my urine stream was slow. hard to start and flow was weak. I am 63 and in good health.

Obstructive voiding symptoms that yo get with post nasal mucus is a coincidence as both these pathological conditions are not linked to each other.
The obstructive voiding symptoms and brown colored ejaculate that you have are mostly due to Enlarged Prostate with infection which is very common after the age 60 years and needs to be investigated and confirmed .
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Semen Examination and Culture
In the mean while you can start taking antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with Tomsulosin once daily .
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
