Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And White Pimple In Mouth After Unprotected Oral Sex

Question: Hello doctor I'm 30 year old male 2 months ago I received unprotected oral from sex worker...after 2 weeks I suffered from flu like symptoms sore throat etc... N started feeling that skin changes inside my mouth tiny ulcers also....now from last 2-3 days I'm having 1 white dot pimple like thing in my lower jaw just beneath molar teeth which not going away... Which std is this could be??? I tested for hiv antibody n p24 antigen test which negative...chlamdyia also came negative, hsv 1-2 also came negative, syphlis also came Negative??? Plz tell which std it could be??
Can it be hiv??? Hiv Test came negative due to window period?? Plz suggest

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.

You did not mention here, the time period when Hiv screening was done after that particular oral sexual encounter?

The window period of antibody and P 24 antigen test is about 2 weeks, therefore, the result of this screening test for Hiv is reliable if it is done at 2 weeks or more after sexual contact.

Oral sores could be simple aphthous ulcers Or canker sores.

All test were done after 5 weeks exposure...aphthous ulcers or canker sores..which stds are these n which tests shd i go for n r these curable..can it be hpv???

Hi.

At 5 weeks, this test is very reliable and I don't think you need to worry about Hiv anymore.
I can see from the images that these are indeed aphthous ulcers. Aphthous ulcer Or canker sore is not an STD. They can happen due to vitamin deficiency and sometimes also on changing a toothpaste to a new one.
No, this is not Hpv infection.
I suggest you to use a kenacort Oral paste, twice daily for these ulcers in mouth. You may also take a supplement of b-complex vitamin once daily for a few days.
