Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
As per Your description, these symptoms mostly pointing towards an impending viral/bacterial influenza...
Take ample rest...also please stay away from any direct exposure of A/C ducts as well as over-crowded places for the time-being...
Betadine gargle will be helpful for the throat irritation, sore throat. Do the gargling three times daily for next 4-5 days.. also put a pinch of salt in XXXXXXX warm water and gargle twice daily as an alternative fashion for next few days...you can also take some soothing cough lozenges (eg. Strepsils etc.) for the time being...Since there's headache, take Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg Stat dose (for now) and on SOS basis(after some food, not more than 3-4 times daily)...
Try to avoid cold drinks, dairy products(including yogurt also), sour foods for the time being...
Regarding the chest pain, please provide few more details so that I can guide you further...
Did you mean to say pain in throat/chest?
Any pain while swallowing?
Where is the pain? Can you pinpoint the location?
How is the pain? is it sharp/dull/stabbing/ of any particular nature?
Is there any pain during the inspiration/expiration?
Any other problems(fever/runny nose/cough/cold etc.)?

follow as already advised along with the following...
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
The sharp pain in the throat is likely to be due to the impending viral/bacterial infection only...however the pain in the chest may or may not be related to this(especially if you've had any such prior history/history of indigestion/acid reflux)...
Follow all the advises given earlier, along with them, take a PPI/antacid Cap PANTOPRAZOLE/DOMPERIDONE (40/30)mg STAT dose(for now) and Once daily before breakfast for the time being..
These should relieve this...
However, if at all observed any further worsening of the symptoms, occurrence of fever, rash over any parts of the body, then I'd strongly suggest getting yourself clinically evaluated by any Internal medicine specialist or at any nearby healthcare facility as you may be needing antibiotic therapy and further investigations to rule out any tropical infections(specially mosquito borne infections which are quite prevalent during this time) in that scenario...
