Hi,
Thank you for query.

You are having upper respiratory tract infection.
I would recommend Tab Dolo 650 mg after food thrice daily,Tab Roxid 150 mg twice daily after food and salt water gargle twice daily for my patients. Drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 litres / day. These drugs are available only with prescription ,so get a prescription from your doctor.
