Question: I performed oral sex on a female and now 24 hours later I have a sore throat, fever, headache, and body aches.

Hiv does not present with flu like symptoms within 24hours. Hiv associated flu takes around 3-4weeks after infection with the virus.

No need for oral antibiotics as it seems to be a common viral infection/ flu. Antibiotics are not recommended. I suggest you to just take otc medicines for viral cold i.e paracetamol+ibuprofen for fever, body ache and cetrizine for cold/sore throat.
