Question: my 31 year old female daughter is here and was complaining of a sore throat last night, and nasal congestion and ear stuffiness. She has a fever of 102.5

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed her information fully and this is suggestive of a possible oral infection. Treatment consists in administering fever abad pain relievers. Iw ill like to see ASA replaced with Tylenol as ASA is not best in the context of possible viral infections. She can take 1000mg of tylenol up to 4times a day. She should drink much water to stay hydrated and increase her fluids and fruits intake as well as moderate levels of physical exercise to accelerate healing. She should only be taken to urgent care if something else comes up!
