You should wait before undergoing a biopsy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. The image shows anterior pillar and soft palate congestion (uvula). It is common for one Tonsil to look prominent on examination.
2. A plain Sinus CT can be done if medical therapy does not control the Post Nasal Drip.
3. You should wait before a biopsy and if you do, it can be done under local anesthesia.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

Is there anything I can do to reduce the, swelling because this does not look normal and how long should I wait if the swelling does not go away?
Brief Answer:
Routine treatment, wait for 4-6 weeks.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. Yes, to reduce the swelling, an anti-inflammatory (such as Disperzyme), an anti-allergic (such as cetrizine / fexofenadine) and a medicated oral rinse can be used for a week.
2. You can safely wait for a few weeks before deciding on a biopsy.
