Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having sore throat. I would like to ask you few more details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be acute pharyngitis secondary to viral infection.
As such, viral illness is always self limiting, does not require any antibiotic course. I suggest you to follow these measures-
1. Salt water gargle twice daily.
2. Avoid consuming freezer products (curd/ice creams/cola).
3. Take simple over the counter tab.tylenol (paracetamol 500mg) twice daily for a couple of days to overcome pain and fever.
4. Start antiallergic, cetirizine (over the counter tab.zyrtec) one tab at bed time to combat congestion of nose and throat.
In case of persistence, you need to a local physician.
