Question: My left breast has developed redness from nipple to about 1/3 of breast. Soreness when touched, no itching. Started on Friday night. Took antihistamine and was lighter pink by morning, but became redder again.

Such symptoms are caused either by a breast inflammation and abscess or inflammatory breast cancer. You definitelly should visit your doctor and have breast ultrasound done as soon as possible.
Biopsy might be necessary to rule out a cancer.
