Question : I a sore place on the on the right side of the roof of mouth. It feels like the size of a nickel and feels like only on the skin surface and feels kinda of like a "rough" surface of the skin there. Food irritates it and feels like a burning feeling that goes away or soon as I drink a liquid. Been like this for about 4 days.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Did you eat any hot food or drink?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about abnormal sensation that you have reported. I have reviewed this information fully and seems this area must have been in a way damaged by hot food/drink. If you have taken any of these in the past days, then that is the most likely cause. For now, there is no major reason to be worried. I will suggest you monitor only. Should the pain increase or this fails to resolve within a week, then we may need to further evaluate. At this time, it is not just necessary hitting harder on this as spontaneous resolution is very likely.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask of more information and clarifications if need be.
