Suggest Treatment For Soreness Under Foreskin And Smegma
Question: I recently developed a sore under my foreskin bout 4 days ago. It does not ooze, nor hurt. In the past i have had smegma build up. Pictures are available.
The itching under the foreskin could be due to formation of smegma and this need to be cleaned

The ulcer of syphilis is painless, however, ulcers associated with Hemophilus ducreyi are painful.

Could it be balantis or fungal? I'm not sexually active
