Brief Answer:
traumatic desquamation, ulcers, topical anesthetic

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as The white bumps on lower lip on left side is concerned, I have two possibilities.
It can be because of the trauma caused by the teeth(lip biting) when the lip was numb.
The other possible cause can be the heat or burn or trauma by the instruments or micromotor used during removal of the wisdom tooth.
These two reasons can cause the bumps or ulcers over the lower lip following extraction under local anesthesia.
These are common, if the proper precautions are not taken during and after extraction of the teeth by the operator and the patient respectively.

If I am your treating doctor, I would have suggested you to use topical anesthetic and analgesic like 2% lignocaine gel and apply Vaseline over the lips so that it keeps the lip moist and prevents it from trauma or injury by the teeth.

Based on your description of the lesion I can give these possible diagnosis. If you can upload the images I can give the exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.

Thank you very much for answering, it has to be from the tools used because it felt like the sores were there when the dr was pulling the tooth. That makes sense now and also would you happen to know how long it will last?
