Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you. Unfortunately I have not received the new images. However, most likely it is a fungal infection. I suggest you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g Clotrimazole 1 %cream, twice daily for 4 weeks.. If its fungal, I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g tab Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks. Oral antifungals are prescription medications. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab once every evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
Hope I have answered your query.
