Brief Answer:
Recurrent folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I have seen the attached photograph also. I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you are suffering from a condition called Recurrent Folliculitis and Furunculosis. It is bacterial infection of skin involving the hair follicle and surrounding areas. The most likely causes for recurrent boils is Diabetes Mellitus and carrier state.
I will advise you to get your blood sugar levels done to rule out Diabetes Mellitus.
If it comes out to be normal then treatment for carrier is started. In such cases, I prefer to advise oral antibiotics like Combination of Ampicillin and Dicloxacillin to my patients with anti inflammatory drugs like diclofenac.
Topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin cream is applied to the affected area and anal area twice daily for atleast 2 weeks for complete cure.
Kindly visit your doctor so that he can give you prescription and may order tests for you. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.
Take care
