Brief Answer:
Seems to be intertrigo & measures to improve it

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
It is related to continuous moisture and friction in the affected area along with some secondary infection.
If I was her treating doctor I would recommend to keep the area as dry as possible, frequent change of diapers, frequent change in the position of the patient, application of a steroid antibiotic cream like cortisone cream and neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily and a good diabetic control.
This measures will improve her skin condition.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
