Hi,

The most common reason for sores in nose is dryness and picking the nose. If you avoid that the sores heal by themselves.
Till then you should take Vitamin C supplement and Neosporin ointment to moisturize the inside of the nose. Use only a cotton swab to apply the ointment. This helps the tissues to heal quickly.
