Question: I have noticed this few weeks ago on my penis head I dont know what is this no itching no pain skin is soft I am realy worried plz help me with this.

Hello sir thanks for trusting health care magic.
This is a fungal infection in beginning phase and will increase soon.
Apply candid ointment twice a day for 7 days and take one tablet of fluconazole stat today itself.
But in case it doesn't resolve in 3 days or starts increasing then visit a dermatologist for examination.

Thank you for your responce.
Please take a look on left side of tip, those black spots, how bad is it. I was applying betnovate c on penis head after finding those spots.
Now I have taken one Fluconazole 125 and Candid B.
How bad is it and how long it is going to recover. I am really worried.

And you have taken candid B but not candid so better take candid plain ointment.
In my opinion you will be fine in 3-7 days.
