Suggest Treatment For Speech Abnormalities And Behavior Issues Along With Left Hemiplegia
Question: Hi doc.. my son is 8 yrs+ & was diagnosed with left hemipegia since birth.. he was born preterm in 34th week of pregnency.. diagnosis was made when he started walking on his right toe @ age of 1.6 months.. then started the doctor shoping from one to another & was advised physiotherapy.. He had lots of behavioural issues & was speech deficit too so all our efforts for effective physio went invain.. meanwhile we got botox done in his right arm & foot with Dr. Dureja @ his clinic in safdarjung enclave, new XXXXXXX @ age of 2+. After 4yrs i came to know about Dr XXXXXXX alam of ICD & started intensive physiotherapy sessions there & again got his botox done in d foot.meanwhile we consulted Dr Vergese in st. Stephens hospital, new XXXXXXX & he suggested no physio required. Now with pressure of studies we stopped going for physiotherapy but really worried about his physical posture. Kindly suggest me line of treatment available in XXXXXXX which can effectively goalong with his studies

I have read your son's medical history provided by you and I am able to make an interpretation that he is probably having a spastic hemiparesis and it is for spasticity,that botox therapy is being given to him.
Left hemiplegia since birth,preterm delivery,behavioural issues,delayed milestones including speech abnormalities makes it a syndrome which could have occurred because of improper brain development due to premature delivery,some hypoxic damage during child birth(Is there any history of perinatal complications) or any complications in mother like seizures before delivery.I would like to know that what was the cause of preterm delivery?
I also want to see that what was there in your child's Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of Brain.Please provide a good history,and upload all the major medical documents,including MRI images.It is rather preferable if you can upload MRI CD on google drive and share the link here,so that I can see all sections in MRI.
In other words,before actually guiding you where to go in XXXXXXX I want to be sure that what is the actual deficit and pathology in your son.
