sphenoidal cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your follow up query.

Sinus in relation to skull bones are normal air filled cavity. One among such air filled cavity present in the skull bone is sphenoidal sinus. You seems to have a cyst or polyp which is an extra growth present there. It usually occurs because of chronic sinus problems or sinus blockage occurring due to allergy or infection.

Symptoms are nose block, headache, eye pain, nasal discharge. We treated it with surgery called FESS - an endoscopic surgery.

Hope I am clear.
