Brief Answer:
Unrelated to spinal stenosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your past medical details and current symptoms. I would like to state that these are not related to spinal stenosis.

The usual causes are:

1. Infection such as tuberculosis,

2. Collagen vascular disease such as SLE (lupus),

3. Low protein/albumin levels in blood,

4. Organ failure such as heart, liver, kidneys, etc,

5. Malignancies.

Blood work, CT scans, analysis of fluid, etc would help in confirming the diagnosis.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
