Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

Surgery may be needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You are having a spondyloss with stenosis of the foramina from which nerves come out causing the nerve compression. The main treatment of such pain is bed rest along with pain killers and muscle relaxants. Muscle relaxants can help with your symptoms if used in appropriate dosage in combination with a potent analgesic. Physiotherapy is also plays a major role in treating such conditions. Physiotherapy particularly lumbar traction for a week and back strengthening exercises after pain relief work well. Epidural steroid injections have been used if oral pain killers are not very effective and surgical treatment is not considered.
Surgery should only be considered as a last resort after all conservative treatments (non-surgical therapy) have been tried.
I hope this answers your query.
