Suggest Treatment For Split Urination Caused By Excessive Masturbation
Question: Good evening,
I am having split urination and uneven flow.
When urge is high. Then urination is not split .but still not that uniform.
I don't have any pain or discomfort.
Also. Some time s I feel more urge to urinate. Is it linked with more masturbarion...also I had kidney stone in 2012
Pls guide.

Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Urgency to pass urine,may be due to an urinary infection or UTI.
Excessive masturbation can lead to,first urination after that, to be split.
Some semen may get stuck to the walls of the urinary opening or it's walls.
This causes the stream to be split after that.
But you don't need to worry about that.
Drink about ten to twelve glasses fluids daily.
As you had stone problem in the past,get the following tests done :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,uric acid,LFT and platelets.
3. ultrasound-KUB,with residual urine.
According to the reports,further treatment can be advised.

Sir, I have split urine in absence of masturbation. Is it related to prostate issue.. As I think it all started with frequent urintation , then driblling. Now split urine. pls guide

This is seen after masturbation on the previous night,or even in it's absence.
