Suggest Treatment For Spots And Pimples All Over The Body

Question: I have skin issue as in spots and pimples all over the body specially on forearms, back and face.
I had tried various medication for long period but initially it affects but after some time no affect rather it get increased.

Thanks a lot Dr Asmeet for the quick response.

I had taken course of Allopathic treatment for minor psoriasis. Ointment cream like salicylic acid cream, glycolic acid creams etc, medicine related to same type.

Also i had tried ayurvedic & allopathic combination but due to the steroids i had faced problem of high bp.

Also attached is the pic of the forearm, I am facing same type all over body. Attached is the pic of my face also.

Brief Answer:
Either eczema or parapsoriasis on the forearm, face seems to be having acne

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the photographs.
Looking at your face it seems you are having acne vulgaris along with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Looking at the skin of your arm it can be either eczema or parapsoriasis.
I would recommend you to go for a biopsy of your forearm skin to find out what it is exactly and then start treatment..
In case of acne involving the face I recommend my patients to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply adapelene 0.1 percent gel on the pimples at night.
On the dark spots of the face I recommend my patients to apply depigmenting creams based on kojic acid cream like kojivit plus cream or kojiglo forte cream on the affected areas twice daily for 8-10 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
