Suggest Treatment For Sprain And Anxiety

Question: I had slippers on and I pushed the foot rest of my sofa in with my foot. I have no swelling or redness or severe pain. My foot is a little achy at the end of my toes. I have a lot of anxiety which I am being treated for and I worry about everything. Can pushing the footrest in hard hurt a foot - the material is brushed cotton. Could it hurt your foot? Being I have no swelling and I can walk on the foot I don't think so. Could the achiness be arthritis?
