Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description , it appears to be a case of impetigo. If its not extensive then it should be treated with topical mupirocin. If the response is not adequate then cephalexin can be advised as oral antibiotics. If the lesions are painful then herpes zoster should be suspected and treated with famciclovir to avoid post herpetic neuralgia and other complications.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
