Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks for your follow with picture.
I can understand your concern for the small dot which is spreading inlast 1 year.
After analyzing the picture with best diligence I can make out that you have a "Compound mole" over the nose.
To tell you scientifically and medially regarding the compound mole- Our skin is a multilayered structure. The upper layer is known as epidermis and deep to it is the dermis layer.
We have with us the cells known as melanocytes in the skin which gives color to the skin. These are basically present in epidermis. But at some places these are naturally and genetically more in number in the deeper dermis layer. At these places these proliferates inside the skin and forms the moles. It may appear any time after birth or in teenage or later on in adult life too.
Initially these are very small brownish dots and later on these proliferates to form a raised hemispherical structure with more of light brown color which are known as Compound moles.
There is nothing to be worried about the same and are very much benign structure. The only problem caused is becoming larger in size and cosmetically not appreciable.
So in all cases of compound moles if cosmetically not good tehn I go for either removal by "radio-frequency ablation" or by "shave or punch excision".
These are very simple methods of removal of the compound mole. You can visit a dermatologist near you and can discuss various methods of removal with the treating dermatologist.
I again reassure you that this is very simple condition and can be taken care very easily as discussed above.
I hope this information will help you. If you have any further queries I will be glad to help. "
