Suggest Treatment For Spreading Numbness On The Fingers

Question: I have numbness in my left little finger which is spreading to the next finger. I do not recall an injury to my crazy bone but it feels like the same sympton as when you hit it and the sensation goes down your arm. But this numbness has lasted more than 10 days. Will it go away on its own?
Brief Answer:
Can be nerve affection in inner elbow region or lower spine
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
these 2 fingers are associated with nerves of the lower cervical spine which cross the so called ulnar tunnel through the inner (body side) elbow region. The nerve affection can be at the spine or inner elbor region that can cause this.
This can be determened by nerve testing by your local neurologist. It will most likely not go away on its on (even though that can happen eventually).
Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards

would it be OK to wait and see? Would I be causing more harm?
Brief Answer:
wait and see probably ok
Detailed Answer:
dear patient,
if this does not increase, wait and see would be ok for now since this is mostly a slow process that might eventually improve by itself. It is probably nothing urgent. But if it would get worse please follow the recommendation above.
