Suggest Treatment For Squamous Cell Carcinoma Of The Tongue
Question: dear hello
My mother 65 year old has diagnosed with scc of toungiue doc performed surgery on may hemiglosectomy and reconstruction of toungue by lastiv surgery after this imrt radiation for 33 days given now se is feeling some chest discomfort and pain in chin doc checked it by ct scan it shows leision in chin and left lower lung leision he performed cjin area biopsy it again shows recurrent scc again now iam worried that is it also metastatic to lungs r not what is urs suggestions for treatments and more diagnosis
