Brief Answer:
She needs to attend ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A sharp pain with continuous vomiting and unable to move bowel is a worrisome finding. This can be due to intestinal obstruction or perforation. She needs to attend an ER immediately. These symptoms need an immediate medical attention.

Brief Answer:
Ca be due to gastric ulcers.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
A dark colored diarrhea can be due to an internal bleeding due to gastric ulcers. If she is belching then any intestinal obstruction is not likely. But still for this acute pain proper investigations are needed to find the cause. It is best to attend ER or consult your primary physician.
Hope my answer is helpful.
