Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcers.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

As per your query most likely your symptoms are due to acid peptic disorder.

Take a proton pump inhibitor like Esomeprazole 40 mg twice daily along with a prokinetic drug (eg.Domperidone) for 5 days. This will provide you symptomatic relief from symptoms of peptic ulcer.
(you may need to obtain prescription for this from your local physician).

Antacid like Mucaine gel can be taken for few days along with it.
Any over counter probiotic should be taken for few days to provide relief in symptoms.
Acotiamide is another wonderful new drug and is very effective in controlling symptoms . In trials- Acotiamide, a gastrointestinal motility modulator, at a standard dose of 100mg thrice daily has significantly affected esophageal motor functions in healthy adults.

Apart from this, some dietary restrictions are to be followed-

- Avoid alcohol or smoking.
- No aerated beverages.
- Take light non spicy easily digestible food for few days.
- No Fast food like pizza or burger should be taken.
- Drink a cup of cold milk daily.
- Avoid Dairy products, which contain sugar lactose that causes gas.
Vegetables, including onions, radishes, cabbage, celery, carrots, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower and legumes.
Fruit sugar, which is especially high in prunes, raisins, bananas, apples, apricots and fruit juices from prunes, grapes and apple
Fatty foods

Try Eating more fermented foods. These are rich in both good bacteria and enzymes you can try raw natto kefir or cultured veggies. This is probably one of the most important first steps.

Take external enzyme supplements.
Exercising, to help keep food moving through your system.

Hope i answered your query in details.
