Question: My cousin is in rcc XXXXXXX paliative care he is diagnosed ca urinal bladder doctors tols us that there is no hope does today we had got ct scan done and in report conclusion is skull metastatases

So even in a stage 4 disease with bony mets, chemotherapy plays role by decreasing pain and increasing survival rate but not cure.
